Tomorrow is the fifth annual Lawrence Chamber of Commerce's Putt Putt Pub Crawl for their Young Professionals Network.
Chamber members and friends will form teams of four people and travel around to six Lawrence establishments. At each place, a mini-golf hole will be waiting for them along with snacks and drinks. The teams will start and end at different places, and they'll all race to the finish line at Johnny's for pizza, drinks, and prizes.
The Sandbar has participated in this event every year, I believe, and it's always a fun group. We set up the mini-golf hole upstairs on the beach, and the players rotate through the bar all evening.
Other participating establishments include our neighbors Barrel House, the Eldridge, Jo Shmo's, Fatso's, and Johnny's.
