Putting the Fresh Back in Subs!

The Sandbar Sub Shop is a spin-off concept of the wildly popular Sandbar beach bar in Lawrence, Kansas. The Sub Shop is like a Sandbar for kids: sub sandwiches, fresh salads, and smoothies all wrapped up in the tropical tiki atmosphere of its more mature sibling.

The original Sandbar Sub Shop is located in downtown Ottawa. Dine in our spacious restaurant or call ahead for carry-out service. Be sure to check out our tropical decorations and pictures of the Sandbar through the years!

The Sandbar Sub Shop's first franchise location is open in the Zarco Oasis- the Zarco66 located at 2518 East Logan, at the intersection of I-35 and 68 Highway just outside of Ottawa, KS. Locations are now open in Lawrence at the Zarco Oasis on East 23rd St., along with a drive-thru location at 6th and Florida.
